WHITE HOREHOUND = Horehound (Spices).
White Pepper (Spices) = Piper nigrum.
WILD CARDAMOM (med. Europe) = Cardamom, Black (Spices)
WILD CINNAMON = CANELLA.
WILD SAGE, MEXICAN = Mexican Oregano (Spices).
WILLOWHERB = FIREWEED.
WINTER SAVORY = Satureia montana. A perennial herb, with a flavour between MARJORAM and THYME. [ we do not at present carry this].
WOK LOK WUAT (Chinese) = Cardamom, Green (Spices).
WONG GEUNG (Chinese) = TURMERIC.
WOODRUFF = Asperula odorata. Herb with a sweet, hay-like smell, used in wine cups and in Austrian stews and meat dishes.
WOO HEUNG (Chinese) = Fennel Seed (Spices).
WORMWOOD = Artemisia absinthium. [we do not at present carry this]
WÜRZ (German) = spice or seasoning.
WÜRZKRÄUTER (German) = generally, pungent and/or aromatic herbs.
