The
Arlington Catholic Herald, the official newspaper of the Roman Catholic
Diocese of Arlington, Va. Contains the archived
columns of Father William P. Saunders dating from October 1996.
Fr. Saunders is pastor of Our
Lady of Hope Parish in Potomac Falls and dean of the Notre Dame
Graduate School of Christendom College. His articles are short, informative
excursions into Church history, dogmas, traditions, and practices, and
issues. These are easy to read and constitute a good reference resource.
Inside The Vatican - This
online magazine has one feature called "Who are the Cardinals?"
that lists all of the cardinals by continents and by countries and gives
a biography and a picture for each of them.
Catholic
Herald Parenting - A Catholic
Herald newspaper supplement published 8 times per year, October through
May. It is produced the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The magazine offers
a number of excellent articles pertaining to parenting children and youth
in a Catholic perspective. Each issue starting with the April 2001 edition
also provides a coloring page with a theme taken from the gospels. The
archives contains past issues from June 1998 onward.
Spirituality
for Today - "The introduction to the online edition reads as
follows: "Spirituality for Today is an interactive monthly magazine
dedicated to a variety of current themes and questions concerning the
Christian faith in this postmodern age." Short insightful articles.

The
Catholic Faith Magazine - The editorial staff of the magazine describes
it in the following fashion:

of features that can be excellent resources for teachers and catechists.

for justice." One document available on this web site is The
Busy Christian's Guide to Catholic Social Teaching, an excellent
